Use format 07XXXXXXXX or 01XXXXXXXX. Wait 60 seconds after STK push, then refresh. If charged but order pending, contact support with M-Pesa code.
Where is my script?
Go to Dashboard → My scripts or Orders. Completed script orders appear after payment verification.
Free vs paid courses
Free courses enroll instantly. Paid courses use M-Pesa; Alvo Pro members get automatic course discounts.
Alvo Pro membership
Pro gives course discounts and priority chat only — not access to all scripts. Manage at /alvo-pro.
Install a script
Download from My scripts, read the README in the zip, configure .env, run composer install and migrations.
Refunds
Contact support within 7 days for duplicate charges or failed delivery. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once downloaded.
